*     If you want to cancel your order, the 2% charge will be deducted from the total amount paid in the order when refunding.

* Sea shells product has full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in the order, or such issues beyond our control, like courier delay, manufacturing delay, etc…

*     In case the ordered product is out of stock, then a refund will be processed within 7 days PayPal, via UPI ID or Through Bank Account

Return Policy

*    If you think, you have received the Wrong product or Damage products,

      Kindly send an email to [email protected] with (the Parcel Opening video without any Cuts or Edits)

*     Buyers must return it within 10 days of delivery.  Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the shipping cost in case of Shells Damage/Wrong product.
